"This is the moment..."
Posted March 6th, 2008 by Crafty_PatJekyll and Hyde, one of my favorite musicals - and the only one I've never managed to see before, despite getting close several times - finally set up shop near my home in Southern California and I have secured my seat for the festivities! This Saturday I'll see the show I've been waiting to catch for more than a decade! Huzzah!
Let's hope they keep the missing numbers in this production. :)

I promise you...this WIILL be my daughter (not yet in process) someday. Maybe I'll start with my niece first. Sad thing is, this is probably a stronger narrative than anything Geo. Lucas could develop today...

Posted February 2nd, 2008 by Crafty_PatSarah Silverman actually managed to find the funny...
I'm not a big Silverman fan. I think her show is unintelligible and most of her humor is too potty. Give the Jew Girl Toys is inspired, though, and this is certainly in the same vein. Bravo!
Pat's Jukebox: Agnes Poetry
Posted February 1st, 2008 by Crafty_PatOn extended work/writing jags like the one I'm in now, I tend to keep a browser window or two open in the background, surfing through sites I've bookmarked here and there, looking for new music to tickle new or crusty parts of the grey matter. You may have heard me rave about Within Temptation, a band I stumbled over a few months ago. Well, I've found another one I groove to almost as much: a synthpop masterwork named Agnes Poetry.
