Crafty Games proud to announce Little Wizards RPG for kids

Crafty Games is proud to announce its latest game...

We all discovered roleplaying in different ways, and we all hope that our kids will love it as much as we do. Little Wizards is a roleplaying game for inventive and inquisitive kids ages 6-10, developed to introduce them to the joy and creativity of stepping into a whole new world. It's quick enough to learn in just a couple minutes, engaging enough for older kids and parents to play with their little ones, and works just like the RPGs we've all been playing since Red Box.

Little Wizards is a Crafty Games production presented as a compact children's reader-style book, including everything you need to play and an introduction to Coinworld, where the Little Wizards live, laugh, and rise up as heroes.

Originally designed for the French market as Contes Ensorcelés by Antoine Bauza (7 Wonders, Ghost Stories) and published by Le Septième Cercle (Qin, Z-Corps), the English-language edition features updated rules and game content developed by Amanda Valentine (Smallville, Leverage).

Little Wizards will be available this fall, both as a 96 page full-color perfect bound print volume through Studio 2 Publishing, and in PDF through DriveThruRPG and Crafty-Games.com. Exclusive previews and play sessions will debut at Gen Con Indy, August 15-18, 2013.

More news and previews for Little Wizards will become available later this summer through LittleWizardsRPG.com, as well as Crafty Games' news feed and Facebook page.

Teach your kids the magic of roleplaying with Little Wizards!

Crafty Games at JordanCon 2013 this Weekend (April 19-21)

Crafty Games has a booth at this weekend's JordanCon in Roswell, Georgia! Swing by to pick up your copy of the Mistborn Adventure Game or Fantasy Craft. All versions and supplements for both games will be hand at our booth in the dealer's hall, which will be run by the illustrious Jamie Chambers (writer of the Serenity and Battlestar Galactica RPGs, and owner of Signal Fire Studios).

Mistborn series creator and author Brandon Sanderson is a guest at the show, and there's also a rumor that Mistborn concept artist (and Mistborn Adventure Game cover artist) Ben McSweeney will be there, so you should keep an eye out for him as well.

UPDATE: Brandon has posted his Guest of Honor schedule and also confirmed that Mistborn artist Isaac Stewart will be there, and that Isaac and Ben will be on a panel together about the Art of the Stormlight Archive

Sadly, Alex and Pat can't make this show, but Trae Cooper will be running the Mistborn Adventure Game on the following days and times...

Saturday, 9am to 3:30pm in the gaming hall (Goulding A)
Sunday, 9am to 3:30pm in the gaming hall (Goulding A)

Both events include a half-hour lunch break.

Stop by, say hello to Jamie, check out our prodcuts (and his!), and enjoy the show!
