The website doesn't look right in my browser. Can I change it?

Yes. Some browsers such as Internet Explorer 6, occasionally cannot handle the website's default template. Thus, we have offered users the chance to select an alternative "stripped down" template for increased compatibility.
To select the alternative template:
- In the left hand navigation menu, select "My Account."
- Click the Edit tab.
- Scroll down to the Theme Configuration header, and select "Bluemarine" for your template.
- Click "Submit" to save your changes.
Your template is now changed and you shouldn't have any further issues. If issues persist, please post to the Customer Service forum and we'll help you troubleshoot the issue.
