It's been a landmark year for Crafty Games and you're all a very important part of that. Ask any of the partners what's been different about the holidays since we started this enterprise and I think their first response would be that our family is larger now. We're a global company with friends in every corner of the world, and every time a story comes in from a far-off table it feels a litlte like we're there with you, cheering your teams on. This New Years, we'd like to thank you for all the great memories and make a few resolutions for the coming year.

• We resolve to remain as responsive to you and involved in your gaming experience as we can. We've always been a customer-oriented company and that's not going to change anytime soon.
• We resolve to continue producing the finest in modern and near-modern d20 entertainment. From Fantasy Craft to Henchman Edition to Ten Thousand Bullets, our PDF lines and beyond, we're fiercely dedicated to your excitement at the gaming table.
• We resolve not to release any product before it's ready. Every book and every PDF has its time, and we refuse to compromise quality for quantity.
• We resolve not to talk about upcoming products until they're very close to completion. We've been very ambitious in the past and it's gone both well and poorly for us. Ambition is great - in moderation. That's our new promise.
