I'm about halfway through the latest AICN interview with Guillermo del Toro and I get to the part where they're talking the looooong-incubating Mountains of Madness flick - formerly my number one hope for del Toro's next jump - when I get to my new top hope for him: an adaptation of my favorite novel of all time...

Hot damn! I didn't even realize he had the rights! Last I'd heard they were back in Frost's hands. I know, I know... It'll probably never happen, but still, that's a tasty prospect!

For those of you who don't know, The List of Seven is not only my favorite novel but my only remanining dream project (I had two when I became a professional writer - the other was writing the Stargate SG-1 RPG, so I'm batting pretty well so far).
