   ·   You gain the improved vision NPC quality: Your base visual range is equal to your Wisdom score × 20 ft. Further, unless you are blinded, the range penalty applied to your ranged attacks is reduced by 2 (minimum -0).
   ·   You gain a +1 bonus to Initiative. This bonus increases by a further +1 at career level 4, 8, 12, 16 & 20.
   ·   You gain a +1 bonus to Knowledge checks bonus. This bonus increases by a further +1 at career level 4, 8, 12, 16 & 20.
   ·   You gain a +1 bonus to checks to determine Surprise. This bonus increases by a further +1 at career level 4, 8, 12, 16 & 20.
   ·   You produce 3 doses of poison (improved lethal poison or improved dementia poison) each scene. These doses cannot be saved or stockpiled from scene to scene, but may be used with your bite attack or be applied to items or weapons during the current scene. You again a +4 bonus on all saves to resist your own poison.
   ·   When you or any of your teammates makes a skill check with the Project Investment tag, the time and cost are calculated as if the DC were 5 lower (minimum 15).

 

2.5 points
   ·   Psionic Immunity. You are immune to telepathy and other psionic powers. However, you are also unable to utilize any other psionic abilities.
   ·   You gain a single Psionic power (alternatively you gain access to Psionic skill and a single focus tag). Psion level is equal to career level.
   ·   You gain the winged flight NPC quality with a flight speed of 50'.

   ·   Increase a specific attribute by 1. This attribute increases by a further +1 at career levels 7 & 14.
   ·   Morph: You require no additional time for and suffer no penalty to Falsify/Disguise checks from changes to your height, age, skin colour, or sex.

   ·   You gain a +1 insight bonus to Action Die results. This bonus increases by a further +1 at Career Levels 4, 8, 12, 16 & 20.
   ·   Diverse: You may choose 3 abilities from the Diverse Qualities list. (Note that Races with this ability should not have attribute modifiers).
   ·   Choose 1 skill. This is always a class skill for you, and you may chose an additional skill to gain this beneft at career levels 4, 8, 12, 16 & 20.
   ·   You gain 4 additional skill points at career level 1, and 1 additional point per character level gained thereafter.
   ·   You gain 2 extra vitality points at career level 1, and 1 additional point per character level gained thereafter.
   ·   You gain 1 additional wound point at Career Level 1, and 1 additional wound point at Career Levels 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20.
   ·   You gain a +1 insight bonus to a specific save. This bonus increases by an additional +1 at career levels 4, 8, 12, 16 & 20.
   ·   Your threat range with a specific skill increases by 1. This bonus increases by an additional +1 ar career levels 5, 10, 15 & 20.
   ·   Your current lowest attribute increases by 1. This increase applies to your lowest attribute at career level 5, 10, 15 & 20.
   ·   You gain a new Wealth statistic (e.g. Chrome) with a starting value of 1. This bonus increases by a further +1 at career level 5, 10, 15 & 20.
   ·   2 bonus feats.
   ·   You gain a +1 bonus to Wealth. This bonus increases by an additional +1 at career levels 5, 10, 15 and 20.
   ·   When you take a Taunt action, you may target 1 additional opponent. You roll only once for the Taunt action, while each opponent rolls to resist separately. The number of opponents you may target with a Taunt action increases by an additional +1 at Career Levels 4, 8 12, 16, and 20.

   ·   Extra Action Die.
   ·   You gain DR 1/Specal characters (damage inflicted by special characters ignores this damage reduction). This DR increases by 1 at Levels 4, 8, 12 ,16, and 20.

   ·   Achilles Heel (any 1) NPC quality.
   ·   Feral NPC quality.
   ·   Forbidden from taking 6 specific weapon proficiencies.

   ·   Speed -10'.
   ·   Vendetta: The disposition of all members of a significant power group/organization is reduced by 2 grades.
   ·   Light Sensitive: Each time you enter a more brightly lit area, you take 6 points of flash damage for each category the ambient light increases (see Spycraft 2.0 table 5.14, page 351). You suffer a -4 gear penalty to all Flash damage saves. This save penalty may be eliminated by wearing tinted goggles (a common item).

   ·   Forbidden from taking 12 weapon proficiencies (specific).
   ·   Limited to 1-6 specialties (specific) or lose Specialty feat.
   ·   Starting AD reduced by 1.
   ·   Reviled: The disposition of any character that does not share your native culture and is aware of your Origin is reduced by 1 grade.
   ·   Favoured Classes: If you have more levels in any base class than your highest level in either of 2 specific classes, your starting action dice are reduced by 2.

   ·   Never gain weapon proficiencies.
   ·   The disposition of any character that does not share your native culture and is aware of your talent is reduced by 2 grades.

 

 


Diverse Benefits List

   ·   +2 to any 1 attribute, –2 to any 1 attribute.
   ·   Choose 1 skill. This is always a class skill for you. Further, your result cap with this skill increases by 5 (maximum 60).
   ·   You gain 1 additional skill focus or 1 forte for any 1 skill focus you possess.
   ·   You gain 1 additional weapon proficiency.
   ·   Your melee, unarmed, and non-explosive hurled attacks gain the armour-piercing (2) quality.
   ·   You are always considered armed with a deadly weapon when making an Intimidate check or initiating a Stand Off.
   ·   Once per session, you may improve the disposition of any 1 non-villain NPC by 1 grade without a skill check.
   ·   Your base Defence increases by 1.
   ·   Choose 1 type of dramatic conflict. Once per scene during an dramatic conflict of that type, after strategies are revealed, you may change your strategy for that round to any other legal strategy. If two opposing characters use this ability during the same round, both abilities are expended without effect.
   ·   You may take 2 Ready actions at the same time as 1 full action. After the first of the 2 triggers occurs, the other Ready action is lost.
   ·   Each time an opponent attacks you and misses, he suffers 1 point of stress damage.
   ·   Each time an opponent attacks you and misses, he suffers 1 point of subdual damage.
   ·   You gain the Fearless I NPC quality.
   ·   Once per session, you may make a Bribe check at the minimum Bribe value without paying its cost.
   ·   Choose a Caliber II gear pick. That item is added to your possessions.
   ·   Once per session, you may request a hint from the GC for which the GC gains no action dice. If the GC refuses, you gain 1 bonus action die.
   ·   Once per scene, you may speak to 1 of your team-mates for 1 minute to grant them a +1 morale bonus with all saving throws until the end of the current scene.
   ·   Each time you suffer attribute damage, the attribute damage suffered decreases by 1 (minimum 1).
   ·   Each of your team-mates who can see or hear you benefits from your Interests as if they possessed them.
   ·   You may retry a skill check without suffering any penalties listed in its Retry entry a number of times per session equal to your starting action dice.
   ·   Your Speed increases by 5 ft.
   ·   You gain 1 acquaintance-grade contact. This contact improves by 1 grade at Career Levels 6, 12, and 18.
