Rev Up
You have figured out how to temporarily increase your speed for a short period of time
Prerequisites: Dash
Benefit: You may spend an action Reving Up, for the rest of your round and the following round your base speed is doubled, but you suffer a -2 penalty on all maneuver checks during that time
 
Rush
Your speed is incredible
Prerequisites: Sprint
Benefit: Your speed is increased by 5 times your dexterity modifier.
 
Sprint
Add the following if the Hypersonic campaign quality is in play
Special: This feat may be taken multiple times, it's effects stack
 
Gear Feats
Artifact
You have a special bond with a specific item that grants you great power
Benefit: You add one gadget to your equipment and do not lose it between missions. Further if it grants a bonus to any specific roll, the bonus is increased by 1.
Special: This may apply to non-mystical gadgets as well with GC permission
 
Racial Feats
Bat Charm
You have an almost innocent personality, even as you take them for everything they've got.
Prerequisites: Mobian Bat, Cha 15+
Benefit: You gain the Charm Ability, further, once per session you may gain a free hint.
 
Echidna Arts
You are proficient in the ancient Echidna martial arts style
Prerequisites: Mobian Echidna, Str 15+, Athletics 4+ ranks
Benefit: When making a standard unarmed attack that scores a threat, instead of activating it as a critical, you may spend an action die to make an additional unarmed attack against the same target. This ability may be used multiple times in the same round, but each sucessive attack must score a threat and an action die must be spent for each attack.
Further, your career level and BAB are treated as 3 higher for the purposes of meeting prerequisites for Unarmed Combat Feats.
Special: This feat is also treated as an Unarmed Combat Feat
 
Guardian Arts
You have learned the secret combat style of the guardians of the master emerald.
Prerequisites: Mobian Echidna, Echidna Arts, Str 17+
Benefit: You gain a +2 to damage with all of your unarmed attacks. Further you are always treated as if you possess a climbing kit.
Special: This feat is also treated as an Unarmed Combat Feat
 
Hedgehog Arts
By focusing your abilities, you may cause massive damage with your spikes.
Prerequisites: Mobian Hedgehog, Acrobatic, Dash, Acrobatics 7+ ranks.
Benefit: Your Spikes ability ignores 1 point of Damage Reduction, this stacks with the Long Spikes feats bonus. Further you gain the following Tricks.
    Homing Attack (Trick): As a full round action you may take 20 on a single attack roll, this attack deals damage equal to your spikes damage as if you were taking the Total Defense action but it may not be activated as a critical. It may target any target at a distance equal to your base speed.
    Spin Dash (Trick): After spending a round taking a full Defense Action, you may advance as in a Dash up to your full speed in a straight line making an attack to deal 1d6 damage to any target on that line using your Acrobatics skill instead of an attack roll. This attack threatens on a 20 and has an error range of 1. This attack ignores all DR. If you have the Long Spikes feat the damage from this attack increases to 1d8 and the threat range increases to 19-20
 
Hedgehog Speed
You have taken an additional step in reaching the fantastic speeds that seem characteristic of the Mobian Hedgehog
Prerequisites: Mobian Hedgehog, Sprint
Benefit: Your speed is increased by 10 ft, further you gain a +2 to all athletics skill checks made as part of a dramatic conflict
 
Knuckle Up
Your climbing ability is much greater than mosts, even for a Echidna
Prerequisites: Mobian Echidna
Benefit: All of your unarmed strikes gain the takedown quality. Further, your unarmed attacks ignore 2 points of Damage Reduction
Special: You may only select this feat during character creation
 
Long Spikes
You have longer spikes than most
Prerequisites: Mobian Hedgehog
Benefit: Your Spike ability increases by 1 Caliber, and ignores 2 points of Damage Reduction
Special: You may only select this feat during character creation
 
Screw Kick
A specialized attack favored by the Mobian Bats, it is also considered to be the signature attack of Rouge
Prerequisites: Mobian Bat, Martial Arts, Kicking Basics, Dirty Fighting Basics
Benefit: When you score a threat with an unarmed attack your opponent must make a reflex save against your attack roll or be knocked prone. Further you gain the following stance and trick.
    Airborn Stance (Stance): While in this stance, all threats deal maximum damage, but any sucessful hit on you is treated as if it possesses the Takedown quality and one that already also stuns. This stance automatically comes into effect while gliding
    Flip Kick (Trick): While gliding, when you make an unarmed attack against a target on the ground, your threat range is increased by 2 and your error range by 1.
Special: This feat is also treated as an Unarmed Combat Feat
 
Skyraid Bot
You have integrated flight systems that let you do things most can't
Prerequisites: Roboticized or Badnik, Robotic Armor, Robotic Weaponry
Benefit: You gain +10 speed and gain the flight quality.
 
Robotic Armor
You have integrated energy weapons built into yourself.
Prerequisites: Roboticized or Badnik, Con 15+
Benefit: You gain DR equal to 1/2 your charisma modifier. Further you recieve one less damage from all electrical attacks.
 
Robotic Weaponry
Your armor is much stronger than mosts.
Prerequisites: Roboticized or Badnik, Dex15+
Benefit: You a natural ranged attack that deals 1d8 laser damage with a 20 ft. range and a 1/19-20 error/threat range. This attack may only be used once per round.
 
Tail Twirl
You have the distinctive second tail that only a handfull of Mobian Foxes possess
Prerequisites: Mobian Fox, Martial Arts
Benefit: As a full round action you may make an attack against all enemies within 5 ft of you. These attacks use the same attack roll and gain the takedown quality.
 
Two-Tailed
You have the distinctive second tail that only a handfull of Mobian Foxes possess
Prerequisites: Mobian Fox, Guts
Benefit:Your constitution modifier is considered 4 higher for the purposes of the Limited Flight ability. Further your speed increases by 5 ft.
 
NPC Qualities
Spikes (Treated as a Natural Attack of an equal caliber)
Spikes are a continuous defensive capability that may not be turned off. It deals the listed damage per caliber whenever someone tried to grapple normally and Double that to anyone who tries a melee or unarmed attack against you when you take the total defense action.

Campaign Qualities
Hypersonic (+0 XP)
Everyone goes fast, so fast that they blur, though some still seem to crawl. All characters base starting speed is decreased by 10 and they add 5 times their Dex mod to this. If you have a Dexterity penalty you have a penalty to your base speed equal to 1/2 your dexterity penalty.

Highly skilled individuals seem to have a knack for taking down the latest in armored vehicles using even the lightest of firearms.  Whenever a PC or Special NPC causes any vehicle to roll a damage save that vehicle suffers a -1 penalty on all subsequent damage saves suffered by the same section. This penalty is applied after the damage save is rolled and lasts untill the end of the current scene.

Wall Dash
When using your Dash feat, you may spend up to 1/2 of the distance covered on solid surfaces that you cannot otherwise run on such as walls and ceilings. You must start your dash on a flat surface and cover at least 1/4 your base speed fist though.
Let's Jet
You may use the "That's Impossible" ability as a Wheelman during Foot chases only. Further, you no longer need to spend an action die to activate a critical on a maneuver during a foot chase.
