Fantasy Craft

We've received all the files back from layout and we're packaging the book up for the printer today. It looks amazing and truly delivers on the book's promise. From Sean Macdonald's incredible Vault map (we were worried about finding a cartographer who could do its old school isometric vibe justice, but Sean really hit it out of the park) to Brendon Goodyear's kick-ass layout work (that [REDACTED] page is unreal) to the great campaign background and seeds in Chapter 4, and of course Loren Dean's first adventure trilogy with us, complete at last... We're proud to call this our first Fantasy Craft supplement. Can't wait for you to check it out - in just under three weeks. The printers assure us the POD run will be ready for us when we arrive at Indy for the Best Four Days in Gaming! 

As we mentioned earlier this week on our front page, the judges over at the ENnie Awards thought enough of Fantasy Craft to put the book in the running for Best RPG Writing over the last year. This is an amazing honor and we're extremely humbled.

Now, of course, the vote's to you! From today through July 25th, you can visit the ENnie Awards Ballot page and cast your vote - not only for Best Writing but in many other categories, including art and cartography, production values, rules, and even Best Publisher (for which we're also nominated - thank you for that).

We've updated the English Fantasy Craft character sheets to Second Printing and also added form-fillable versions. You can grab them over at our Downloads page.

Since Pat's been blogging of late, and I'm in a bit of a mental logjam after a beautiful 10 days visiting family and friends, I thought I'd offer a peek under the curtain with my current project - finishing off Fantasy Craft's second supplement, the Adventure Companion. Currently, I'm at about T-minus 7 days to finish the last chapters of the book - I've edited the Epoch and Sunchaser chapters and turned them in for final edits/layout, so it's all about sticking a knife into the Cloak & Dagger mini-setting and the rules-tastic Chapter 4: New Character Options.
