Threading the Needle is finished and has been since GenCon.

Bummer. I wanted to see what all the discontent was over in Threading the Needle.  ;D

Without giving up spoilers, the playtest group did fine.  One of the two tables at GenCon triggered a SNAFU very early but pulled it out of the fire by the end.  The other table failed the mission with some agents abandoning their team.  I was hoping to see how others would fare after GenCon but now that will never happen.

Tiger Team isn't finished...  that's news to me.

Was it once considered finished, and the pulled later?  Because I've got a copy kicking around, and it looks roughly finished(haven't read it in detail, but browsing through it looks complete...)

I believe - and this is only a rough memory - that it was pulled for some reason. Regardless, it definitely wasn't up on the site when it went down, so we don't consider it live.

It's possible that the GenCon run was considered a playtest, leaving the mission technically unfinished when the site went down. Until I hear back from Samuel, though, I can't say for sure.

Just got word from Samuel. Threading the Needle was, in fact, never finished.

That's news to me.  After GenCon we had agreed that all was needed were the typo fixes I proposed, and those changes were uploaded long before the Retail release date.

If you have a copy, send it along to me and I'll see if it's close enough for our release. If not, then we're kinda out of luck. Sorry.

For the record, Samuel reminds me that Tiger Team was pulled because it's part of a larger arc that may eventually get released in some formal fashion. No further details are available just now. :)

It's a little messy, as it was flooded with needless color that's been grayscaled and therefore looks a little wonky, but it's up now.

AWESOME!

Now a question since im newb and trying to put together my campaign - all of these are built for the "World on Fire" world right?

Should they be played in any particular "order" or are they all just one-offs?

Thanks for the awesome work Crafty!

If anybody wants the color version of "Threading the Needle" (2.27 MB) just send me an email.  The maps come out clearer in this version.

Since there were people playing Tiger TEam at origins, and it was on the schedule, I too assumed it was finished.
90% of all statistics are wrong.
