Googling Tiger Team with Spycraft shows it was offered as an event for GenCon Indy 2007.

It was - as a playtest. It was never finished nor released.

Quote
"One of our own" was offered at Evansville Gameday in Apr '07 (also googled).

Can't speak for that, but it's entirely possible it was another playtest.

Yep, Tiger Team ran with a full table next to mine and it sounded like they had a rocking good time.

And I remember now that I played it at Origins and had a blast with it.

If it existed in Playtest form, can't we at least get a copy of it, it's not like there's a problem that it might throw LSpy campaigns out of whack any more.

They were never made public and the author has decided not to continue work with it. He retains the master copies and we must respect his wishes.

Is there any plan to release the SFA missions, such as On the heels of Fade?

Hmmm. I actually have a copy of Tiger Team. Forgot how I got it. Probably forwarded from someone in an old Lspy thread.

Sorry... what? Were these fan-produced? I don't recognize that title...  Huh?

While you can do with that copy what you please, we've been specifically asked by the author not to distribute it.

Well, if he's asking you not to distribute it, I won't distribute it either, but I may actually run it for DC gameday in March.

Alternately, as I am re-watching Season 1 of 24 right now, I may create my own mission with a little of the "intelligence asset under duress" theme which might borrow a few drabs from Tiger Team.

SFA Interactive?

Ah, then sorry, but no. Only two were produced and with the plot points unresolvable in mission form it would do at least as much damage to host them as good.
