Creating Superheroes

I'm trying to workout a method of playing out a campaign based upon the TV show Heroes and I remember at one stage someone had posted a workable 'Supers' system for Spycraft.

From memory it was based around a new Wealth stat that gave you access to Powers.

Does anyone have a copy of this?

Yeah, that would be me again. It should be back around thw first or second page of this board, probably under something like "Mr A's hombrew supers" or something
