Because The Cat Told Me To...

There is no such thing as 'the worst movie of all time' - there will always be something... worse!

Some of less than fond memory....

Kingdom of the Spiders
Creature of Crater Lake
Plan 9 From Outer Space (now viewable on Google)
Frogs
Wing Commander
They Saved Hitler's Brain
Robot Monster
The Flesh Eaters
The Day the Earth Froze
A Polish Vampire in Burbank (worse than it sounds... and it sounds pretty bad!)
Red Planet
Mission to Mars
From the Earth to the Moon (hear that humming? That is Jules Verne spinning in his grave)
Deathstalker (any of them... I think there were 5)
Sword & the Sorcerer
Beastmaster
Subspecies (lots of these too)
Dollman (in one scene he is a classic GI Joe figure, complete with Kung Fu grip...)
The Demonic Toys
Dollman vs. the Demonic Toys! (It just doesn't get any better than this)
The Stuff
Puma Man (not fair to include this really, it's Italian... and badly dubbed.)
The Deadly Mantis (look for the word Tonka on the bottom of the school bus as the Mantis hurls it aside.)
And I know that there is worse out there, and this is coming from somebody who actually liked the House movies. Tongue

WOAH....

You can't put "Beastmaster" on that list. Yes, the movie was laughable, but that what made it so much fun. Besides it featured a very hot Tonya Roberts and it was done by Don Coscarelli ("Bubba Ho-Tep" and the "Phantasm" films).

EDITED: I would like to submit: "Kunoichi, Lady Ninja" to the list. I complete lost it when one of the female ninja developed special powers (light beams that shot out from her <ahem> nipples).

Can I say "nipples"?

As bad as they were, there wasn't much in the way of fantasy back then, or even now.

And I know that there is worse out there, and this is coming from somebody who actually liked the House movies. :P

I loved John Ratzenberger (sp) in the second one.

Hawk the Slayer: Featruing autofire crosbows, elven vulcans, and an elf that leaps over the same log 8 times in sequence.

Vampire Princess Ninja Queen: worst title ever. Worst vampires ever.

Manos hand of Fate: everything bad imaginable.

The lost continent: <slash="Mountain climbing"> Walking. Just Walking. 45 mintues of footage that is supposed to be mountain climbing, (which is bad enough) but is really just walking. Includes Hugh Beaumont.

Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter is a work of genius.

And is Hawk the Slayer the one with the three bladed ballistic sword?

So it turns out that Black Sheep was far, far better than Day Watch, which was kinda crappy except for the subtitles (as in Night Watch, they're are a work of frakking art). Black Sheep was pretty damn enjoyable, actually. Not a good movie, mind, but well worth the price of admission. Smiley

No, that was The Sword and the Sorcerer.  Hawk the Slayer had the coolest elf archer.  He's what I think of more than Legolas, when I think of an elf archer.

'Its a dimensional portal. You find them a lot in these old houses.' A sword in his toolbox, and business cards that read 'Electrician and Adventurer' The character belongs in Spycraft. I am tempted to stat him up as a PC. Tongue

Found these two pictures, although neither one really gives a good representation of the sword.

Found this trailer for the Hawk the Slayer movie.
