Also, your Genesoldier Specialty makes reference to a non-existant Hybrid talent. Perhapse you meant Transgenic?
Having not played DI, is it intentional that a Genesoldier can be a multi-hybrid? Something about a Man-Bear-Rat seems kinda funky...

I wouldn't have a problem with that personally. I imagine there's traces of a variety of animals DNA mixed in to get the wackiness to work - you just have a bit more mix than usual.
That said - if it is intentional - perhaps there should be a little note to explain conflicting types (though I'd assume the least human wins)

The Genesoldier class, which MA based it on, had you gain an additional hybrid specialty when you gained the class.  So, yes, you could end up with a genesoldier with the abilities of a rat and bear.
