So.. I started my new campaign with my new players.  (Horray.)

My high-end mastermind bad guy is the Evil Toy making genius.  (Thanks to everyone on that previous "I need evil toy idea" post.  I used 95%, if not all, of the ideas in there.)

My middle man is a Russian Islamic terrorist who was raised in germany and now lives in Canada.  (The global, I can't be considered racist or non-politically correct if the bad guy is from the entire globe.)  He's my assassin, big gun guy.

So far, those two are simple.

My low-level intro to the show bad guy is a botanist who is selling weaponized drugs.  Marijuana, Heroin, Acid, Cocaine.. etc.  Except, they've all been biologically altered to either create paranoid, permanently deranged psychopaths, or zealots who will do his bidding.

My question as I'm drawing a creative blank on this... different types of weaponized narcotics.  They don't need stats, par-se.  Just a quick blurb at what they do.  I started in.. ..and ended up everything having the same side effect as the others.

Coke boosts stamina/damage capacity and makes them believe they are invulnerable (like the Columbian drug lord in Hitman 47).
Acid makes people permanently hyper-paranoid.
Amphetamine boosts alerness and agression (to a higher degree than the "go pills" given to USAF pilots).
Marijuana enhances damage capacity/reduction, without the feelings of invulnerability. Prevents body from going into shock due to injury, thus worsening any bleeding injuries.

Just some thoughts.

EDIT: Now someone checking my browsing history will have a field day  Grin.

Heh.  I'm sure the assorted web-searches performed by posters on this board have gotten us all onto a watch list someplace.  Smiley

We used to joke that we weren't doing our jobs correctly unless we had unmarked surveillance vans out front of the AEG offices and fire bombs coming in the mail. Z was not amused.  Tongue

Although I'd like to think they learned their lesson with SJG and GURPS Cyberpunk, I would not be surprised to learn shipment of Second Printing and World on Fire got seized or held up on customs.   Sad
