Two most obvious: size (72,8 MB vs. 112 MB; the updated is smaller) and Mongoose logo on the page 2 of the PDF.

Also the SP has the backcover as page 2, while the earlier version has the credits as page 2.

Plus, if you downloaded it since the announcement, it can't be the old version. That one isn't up at the site anymore.
