I hate to do this now, but I'm going to have to bail before we start, at least insofar as running a game is concerned.  I can send anyone else who'd like to run them my very lightly sketched out ideas, but that's really all I can promise.  At the moment, I'm busy enough studying medicine, looking after my mother (who has dementia), running a mountaineering club and managing a few lesser commitments without taking on another regular one, and I really spend too much time on t'internet already without giving myself a reason to spend more time here.

That's a shame. Take care.
