Not sure how many of you have seen this:

Tom Hanks has published a 20 episode (so far) web series called Electric City: a post-apocalyptic story set far enough away from the cataclysm that a civilization of sorts has taken root.  The medium is cell drawn animation and well done at that.

Here's an interview with Tom about Electric City in The New York Times.

I watched all 20 episodes tonight - each is only about 4 minutes long.  It has a noir crossed with espionage vibe to the whole thing.  The voice acting is very nice; counting Tara Sands, Tara Strong, Jeanne Tripplehorn, and Holland Taylor among the cast.  A tad on the violent side but it serves the plot nicely.

I had no idea.  Sorry about that.

Though I can't fix those issues, I wish I could.

Maybe it'll pop up elsewhere and us foreign devils will be able to watch it then.  Failing that, they might be put together as mkv's in a torrent once they're all done (as happened with the Mortal Kombat webseries).  Sounds cool though.

Well, I know I can only see the first two episodes so far but not for lack of trying. It looks good too.

Works in the UK, or the first episode did anyway. I use Tunnelbear to watch US only stuff, maybe worth a shot?
