I just bought the PDF and think that this is truly one of the most refreshing rulesets I've read in a very, VERY long time
Anyway, there's a bunch of us (about 17 players) here that just can't make GenCon this year. So we have decided to have our own Home Brew Con...LOL. One room will be boardgames and two rooms for tabletop RPGs. An entire weekend of nerdy goodness...this should be awesome, or a complete chaotic mess
None of us have played FC before so I've decided to run The Darkest Hour for one of the games. Will the Iconic Pre-Gens work well "as is" for the adventure or are they not the right "level" for the adventure. I'm not overly familiar with the system yet so I don't know how to gauge the difficulty level. I think the Pre-Gens are really well thought out and will make for a great one off.
The goal is to get our groups hooked on this awesome game!
