Dwarfs have stalled for the moment, over on the Bones Kickstarter, but there is a picture of the next one up - orcs.

It is available with any pledge level, so if you want you can Pledge a dollar, then add twenty five to get the orcs.

Nice looking orcs, but I have enough orcs already to field an army.... Still tempted, these are kind of nice.

Okay, the orcs have been let loose upon the world, and up next, something for you Klocke-watchers. :)

One of my players uses Klocke miniatures for all her PCs - sometimes just to make me blush, I think. (Two and a half of those minis have been topless - and she hired me to paint them.)

Werner Klocke does a very nice job of sculpting very pissy elves. His elves do not look like happy campers.

This will bring the Vampire Pledge level to 97 miniatures.... :) Not bad for a $100 pledge.

And after Klocke -

Tre Manor. (Also responsible for the Dwarven Adventurers game mentioned above.)

I like all of those.

Tre Manor's sculpts are a go, as are the Townsfolk that followed after (along with an Option for a 100 figure carrying case). This last was a very practical and useful addition, just not very exciting -

Currently up for consideration are some very nice fire elementals cast in transparent red plastic -

But after that.... There Be Dragons -

That Fire Dragon is just asking to be a Fantasy Craft Drake with Truly Massive. :) (I would likely paint it green for a forest Drake, but then I tend to go green for dragons anyway....)

A bunch more updates -

The current Vampire pile:

The current Options:

More Options:

Still more Options:

Up next:

And after that:

I expect to be $200 or more poorer by the time this ends.... This is the second most that I have spent on a Kickstarter yet. (Mantic's Kings of War is still in the lead... for now.)

The Bones Kickstarter now has some minis coming that are directly useful for Spycraft -

I use Rosie as Rosie Brown (Moira's sister) in my Fallout Spycraft game, though I gave her the wrench, not the gun.

While I can't imagine ever buying one for myself, I really hope it's successful because of what it can lead to.

I don't know how many people here, if any, are familiar with All Flesh Must Be Eaten, but there is a Kickstarter up for their World War 2 book called Band of Zombies. I really like the game, even if it is kind of niche.

I enjoy four things: Giant Robots, Giant Monsters, Zombies, and Steampunk. But, just because something contains one or a combination of those doesn't mean I will like it.
