Lucky. I preordered in December 2011 and I am still waiting for mine. Sad

I preordered August 4th, 2011. It was worth the wait.

Granted, I preordered the combo, so it's not like I didn't have something to help pass the time...

Picked up a hardcover today at Black Diamond Games, en route from lunch.

Yours went out last Thursday. Should be arriving soon. What state are you in?

Hi Crafty_Pat,

I'm in the same boat as Skywalker, was curious if I could get a confirmation.  I'm all the way in NY and sounds like you are out on the west cost (Bay Area), so likely just a slow USPS trip cross the country.   Looking forward to seeing it, sounds like an awesome book.

Regards,

Rudedd - I can confirm your book went out this past Tuesday (which will be the case for pretty much everyone who ordered after Gen Con last and went Media Mail).

Everyone - Direct order inquires should be sent via email but I want to stress that there's not much we can do for anyone right now other than to confirm that your book went out (and even then, I can confirm here that we've worked out every issue with every order so far that could have delayed a shipment, so if you made a purchase with us directly anytime through July 23 your book(s) is/are definitely on the way).

Media Mail is what virtually everyone chose - which is understandable, given it's the most economical option - but it also doesn't offer an option to reliably track the package. As we mention in the front page announcement, it takes up to 8 business days for Media Mail packages to arrive at their destinations - even the closest ones - and that means that in most cases you should give your shipments until August 3 (for domestic orders) or until August 20 before we can start looking into lost or mislaid mail issues.

Thanks!

Thanks I really appreciate your looking into it and sharing the details (i had forgotten the media mail aspect).  At least that gives me a date to look for it by.  Turns out I'll be away the 3rd and through the weekend, so if comes then I won't get a look until Sunday at the earliest.  Hopefully I'll have it for my trip....

Thanks,
rudedd

That explains it. International shipping is sloooow. Ask anyone printing in China. (It's one of the reasons we don't.)

I figured I'd give it a month after you said they were all shipped before I started wondering where mine was.  Australia is as troublesome as NZ for international shipping.  Perhaps the first person for each international location to get theirs should post a note so others have an idea of the rough window?

No need, just ask anyone living overseas. First Class International is normally 2 weeks though.

Can't wait for the hardcover unboxong.... and arriving! No need to rush with my hard cover, they take forever to get to NZ anyway, so you have my official permission to leave mine til last! Wink Probably not Wolverine's though, he might not be as relaxed  Grin

Oh we know. We're already in fear for our lives. Wink
Well it took less than 4 days to get here to NZ, WOW!

It was shipped 23 July so that makes it 6 days, 2 of which were the weekend. Nice.

Wow, that is some extremely rapid shipping.  Takes longer then that to send mail to my sister who lives in the same country (and State!) as I do.  Guess I'll keep an eye on my postbox this week.

Just got mine (UK). Slightly mushed in one corner but overall beautiful Smiley I look forward to digesting it when I get home from work.
