That would be the fish hook with the micro-chip in it detailing Al-Qaeda bunker locations.  Unfortunately, a local, unwitting fisherman got a hold of it and used it but his line broke and said micro-chip is now in the belly of a fish.  The agents must track down this micro-chip amongst a sea of possibilities.
