Hello,

The encouragement capacity of wizard is defined as:"you may speak to one of your teammates for one minute to grant them +1 morale bonus..."

The  bonus affect all the teammates or only one of them (the one with I speak)

Hi there,

the bonus is per RAW limited to the one teammate you focus your attention on. It is a small bonus, but then again you can use it once every scene. I find it a nice bonus... which is often overlooked in my group. If you have access to other save bonuses (spells, scrolls, potions, gear?) it can easily add up. I love to combine it with a mentoring type wizard.

Also the whole Wizard speciality has something at it that jumps at me and screams Gandalf. It's the effective ability to go up to a stranger saying: "Destiny waits. Grab a sword and take a stab at it!" And there go the hobbits away from their cozy lives, to return as infamous "troublemakers" out of hobbit eyes.
