Given they're otherwise essentially the same class, any chance of swapping the Faceman's core ability for the Assasin's?

Are you waiting on us to do introductions, or is there more you wanted to do first?

The problem with using Cash & Carry is that none of the gear in the masscraft pdf has a cash price. I suggest we go with the standard gear system for the first mission then judge it from there.

Perhaps stockpile is the way to go?

We're starting in media res, so I think MrA has the right idea.  Do whatever for our starting gear, and then work out what we're gonna do long term while we're doing the first mission.

Lyssa doesn't need anything crazy.  Oddest thing I can think of is a few spools of 500kg test wire with magnetic tips and maybe a crossbow.  (A few very small shaped charges and some thermite tape are not odd, right?)  Could an omni-tool launch something like that?

I'm thinking about how she has avoided being ship-jacked in the past, and is now turning that info around.   Grin

I would think that you should take a bow or other launcher to do that.  Of course, I can't think of anything wrong with styling it as an upgrade for your Omni-Tool.

Speaking of things that an Omni-Tool can do, I intend to program a VI that lives in mine.  I intend to take it as a PL at level 6, but until then I'm not really sure how to handle it.  It's named RUBI, the Robust Universal Basic Intelligence.

LordK, are you waiting on us to start our introductions in the other thread?  Or is there something else we're supposed to be doing?

Sorry guys, in the middle of a particularly exhausting business trip so haven't been able to flesh out the placeholder opening yet. Will hopefully be able to get to that tonight or tomorrow.

Real life taking priority over the internet?  UNPOSSIBLE!

Thoughts on armor?  Lyssa had a hard suit while living on the volus ship.  I'm leaning towards medium, but I'm open to other suggestions.

Gear
Lifestyle 1
Possessions 3 1/III, 1/II, 3/I
Cash 1
1W, 1G
Armor, Grapple line, Space tape (like duct tape), Grade I biotic amp, Upgraded omni-tool, Crossbow mod, M-4 Shuriken.
