Well in the errata all the time a character will be stunned, slowed, blinded are gone

Then How many turns this condition will stay??

Only the round, and then the elemental must attack again with this to keep the PCs with the condition??

I will have a sesion this night and don't know yet how to use this

Please insight

In my second printing it says 3d6 rounds for each those. Have fun tonight.

You're looking for the chart on page 238.  Most extraordinary attacks that cause a condition effect have a duration of 1d6 rounds per grade of the attack.

I'm also looking at the entries for some of the elder elementals, and the duration of these effects is listed if it has one.  For instance, Elder Earth Elemental has this.

Shifting Earth (slowing attack III: 30ft. aura; Fort DC 20 or become slowed for 3d6 rounds
