Hello,

I ask me... Is there a penalty (attack, damage) for the use of improvised weapons (as torches)? Torches cause 1d4 damage or 1d4+mod str damage?

Craft/Improvise has some more information on page 73.  Generally, Improvised weapons are treated as untrained.

Untrained attacks have a -4 to hit and a +2 to the error range as listed on page 205.
