Not fancying attacking while the critter's got +8 defense... so I'll Ready to attack as soon as light conditions improve.

Bolo creeps nervously forward in the darkness. Around and behind the beast’s position as revealed by Vashkar's brief flare. Soon he is close enough to feel the cold radiating off the creature and hear it’s breathing.

you are now 5’ from the creature and behind it. Given the circus happening right in front of the beast and your previous sneak success I don’t see any need to roll blend again unless you do something to draw attention to yourself or someone else joins you behind the beast.

Wolf-bear-thing Kaze feels icy cold radiating from the hide of the hoary beast as the creature wheels in the darkness throwing its massive bulk against the elf trying to pin him with its paws and jaws. Despite the darkness the elf avoids the gapple.

At the moment the shag-ox is holding its ground, but it keeps turning its head, straining to turn and flee. Grandmother fears that should she slacken the reins the beast will flee. It just might anyway if that thing comes any closer.

When his lamp sputters out Kaze hesitates in the darkness then crouches tense as a steel spring…

Vashkar casts down his cloak and unleashes a gout of flame upon the garment. For a moment the yellow light of Vashkar’s breath illuminates a tableau… a fierce predator fangs glinting faces an athletic figure which is wheeling to strike, the muscled fury of a she-warrior caught in a roaring leap, behind the beast a childlike figure crouches eyes wide…then time seems to flow again lit by the dim glow of the burning cloak.

Clever thinking. The scene is now lit by Dim light see Fantasy Craft p217-18. I’m going to say 80’ radius from the cloak which will burn to the end of the fight unless someone puts it out

Kaze’s athletic body continues its fluid turn first a fist strikes the creature’s jaw then a forceful kick against its heavy flank. The creature stumbles back.

In the firelight Grandmother snarls angerly at her shag ox, as she digs her heels in, and tries to turn it to the far flank. ”Ouu ku uv sudr'nm'kk 'run'-p'ukd, O'mm kgo ouu umo'. O'mm kgo ouun n''gok ukk, ut puno ouu o ouun u' rot'. Ov ouu 'u'd vokrd, dr' ouun krut' 'omm!”, she sceams at the shaggy beast trying to make it move. At the crescendo of her profanity, she snatches in air, the shadow of her hand clawing at the beasts the own shadow. Vashkar, now directly up-lit by the flames, Vashkar presents a daunting sight indeed. The firelight dances across his scutes and catches in his eyes, making them almost seem to burn, and sparks ocasionally fly from between his parted, toothy jaws. He brings out his bow and draws one of his fire arrows from its quiver, crouching down to light it on the pyre of the cloak, and surveys the melee.

'Better to get a clearer angle than to try to fire around them,' he thinks to himself...

The draku's wings spread out from him like a pyroclastic cloud as he leaps into the air, a few powerful wingbeats propelling him out and away from the group, a trail of sparks from the arrow tracing behind him. He lands again in the snow a fair distance away. The arrow by that time has died down to an ember due to the wind of his movement, but he easily rekindles it with a puff of breath and draws back the bow, preparing to fire.

The Creature
The creature is battered and bruised with a great cut at its rear. Suddenly, the arctic chill around the creature is blasted into insignificance by an intense aura of supernatural cold, that bites but does no real damage. Then the creature flees towards the edge of your dim fire’s light, in a few more seconds it will be cloaked by the night…

Killishandra shrugs off the faint eldritch chill and surges after the fleeing creature, loosing another savage roar into the night. She draws along side her fleeing foe and again attacks in a twisting motion. Vigilant Blade slashes upward from below, opening a vicious gash along its left quarter from its knee to base of its tail that lays back hide and fat and flesh to expose bone, crimson droplets spraying gloriously outwards.
