OK, I’m convinced,  starting level is 3rd
Fiendbasher your concept is very welcome, put my ommission down to sleep deprivation.
Roster:
Mister Anderson ? (leather clad badass thief?)
LordKruelos Kieri Vane Human Intelligent Bard – Burglar 2 Courtier 1
Fiendbasher Vashkar Saurian (Draconian) Gladiator Soldier
Foproy Bolo Sandydowns pech nomad assassin
You all have a GO get onto character generation.

I’ll take two more.

Shoot, maybe I should switch to Reaper 3 and ghoul it up if nobody else is going Magic.

I'd like to join the game. Dunno what kind of character I'd play, I'm sorta torn between re-using one from one of the old PbP's and making a new one... guess I'll sleep on it.

The burglar/courtier concept sounds good... but the reaper sounds like fun, too... and we'll get to see some of the stuff we're missing until Spellbound comes out.  Grin

Catodon, do you have a preferred format for us posting characters? Should we make a second thread just to contain characters?

Color me interested for down the road as a possibility ... just started a new job so it has to occupy my time...

My current thought is an Industrious Peasant - Keeper 3 ... kind of a Crafting genius type who knows how to hold on to his money.

Not so sure on that but my Crafting foci were probably going to be Carpentry, Cooking, and Inscription offhand. Might even take Bandage as a feat just because.

Somehow I see a running shtick of the party arriving as traveling actors/minstrels. Somehow I see the Keeper as a slightly batty stage manager. I don't know why...

It's a sure way to get close to most settlements. Even the most bloodthirsty warlord likes a wandering band of minstrels
-- if they don't helpfully offer to kill us, that is.

Good to have you onboard.
Ok. that's one more slot for this adventure.
If you are reading this and miss out this time don't forget there could be a slot opening on the next short adventure.

I think the use of text rather than fillable PDF works better for pbp. The most common format seems to be to keep everything together; i.e. all the feats in one place, etc. rather than splitting too much into Combat and Non-combat as per the character sheets in the book.
I'll set up three threads:
1) this one for recruiting and organising who is refereeing next etc.
2) one OOC which will include character generation. Once generated I'll set up a wiki page and anyone posting there will get an AD if I'm referee at the time.
3)One IC page for all in character adventures etc.
