In the Gear chapter in SC2 where weapons are listed as having a vertical foregrip e.g. the Steyr AUG, the H&K MP7, is that already factored into the listed Recoil for the weapon? For collapsible stocks, am I correct to assume the stated recoil is without using the stock?

I don't believe so, no. It's been a while since we decided that Smiley

No, I think that is with the stock extended. CLS quality allows you to make the weapon smaller at the cost of increased recoil, IIRC.
