right now prefered weapon i am trying to figure that one out, its mainly going to depend on the mission. side arm is going to be a 1911, but rifle i am having difficulty deciding mainly because the 2 i want are both caliber 4. but for personal use it is going to be a dragunov he bought while on a mission. he is former army delta, and they tend to use weapons they buy them selves instead of standard issue. i will say that the rifles i am looking at are all 7.62.

While a Druganov is a decent sniper rifle, when I said that the team had access to top of the line gear, you also have access to Barnetts, AW's, Walther's, SR-25's ect. That is one reason I used BLock Buster due to the plus 1 level to gear picks.  From experiance in RL while they can hit out 800-1000 meters don't try to hit under 100 the ballistics are wierd using the scope.

Bill we need a name for your character as well.  For those who have not gotten in characters yet try to do so shortly I intend to get the game started shortly and while I can get started with the three characters we have it would help to have the remainder as well, though there is no problem to add later, lets try to have everyone on the same sheet of music, so to speak.

His name is Able, codename: GWACS.  It's on the Character Sheet I posted but it is towards the bottom, a function of my going step by step through the SC 2.0 book to make the character and all the personal information is like step 9.  I am in the process of picking gear and when I am done I will edit the character to add that info.  I'll probably reformat about the same time, too.

True that.  That's what I get for coming up with names at 2 in the morning.  I had toyed with the idea of him having assumed that name when joining the army to begin with to make it harder for his parents to track him down.

...and I almost made one of his interests cooking...just because Tongue

With a name like that if he doesn't like Spec War then he could transfer to the mess hall.

With a name like that I thought it would be almost a certainty that the Army would have put him there.  Smiley

Should I take Barklay's search as an openimg to jump in?  And is this the Unit's home base?
