Is there going to be anything going on for Crafty at NeonCon this year?

There will be a few Fantasy Craft events, and hopefully some Mistborn as well, as we have volunteers on the ground to help out.

Erik Yaple may be there, but Alex is in New Zealand and I sadly had to back out. It's too close to the Mistborn launch for me to take that much time off. Sad

There won't be a booth this year either but all Crafty fans should put the 2012 show on their calendars. Plans are already coming together for that and it's gonna be incredible.  Grin

NeonCon was a hell of a lot of fun last year. Plenty to do and see at the convention itself, plus, y'know, Las Vegas.

I know too much math to find Vegas fun that way.

There isn't much as much math as an audience member at a Penn & Teller show?  And I'm sure tigers require even less.

Still plenty.

If I pay $100 for this show I won't be able to eat next week.

Still math though.

You can get into most Vegas shows for free, if you look into things beyond just the ticket stand. Waste 2 hours sitting in a timeshare, then go "Not interested." and they still give you free show tickets. Wink

Which is two hours that:

1) I'll never get back.
2) I'm not gaming.

Euro-zone?  Good news.  USD will still be monopoly money.  You'll just be in the same bank as we are now.

The only reason I'm not mocking you with the mighty AU$ is because I have a stack of USD in my paypal account that I can't stop it from spending when I buy stuff from over there when I really want to keep it safe for when the pendulum once again swings the other way

The Australian Dollar?  Isn't the conversion for my Koala folk +.05?  Nickle per dollar?  Possibly?  While 5% hurts, it's not the tackling 20+% the Euro hit me with while I was in Galway!
