I did a little tweaking of the basic feat chain to get it better situated to accept the (many) additional feat options and master classes to follow.

   DRAGONMARK FEATS
The Dragonmark feat tree supports the unique magic of the Draconic Prophecy, which often manifests as an elaborate tattoo on one of the humanoid races of Khorvaire. There are tree types of dragonmarks, each associated with on of the three dragons present at the creation of the world: Eberron, Khyber, and Siberys. While similar, these dragonmarks are fiercely competitive and drive those marked with their power into conflict with those bearing the mark of a rival dragon.
All feats in this tree have the Dragonmarks campaign quality as a prerequisite.

   Dragonmark Basics
You bear the mark of the draconic prophecy.
Prerequisites: Level 1 only, dragonmark skill 4+ ranks (see below)
Benefit: Choose one of the 12 Eberron dragonmarks that matches your species and a Level 1 spells associated with that mark (see page XX). You may cast this spell twice per scene and gain a +1 magic bonus to all skill checks with the skill associated with your mark. However, the disposition of all characters with the Khyber Dragonmark feat is reduced by 10.
Special: You may not gain the Khyber Dragonmark or Syberys Dragonmark feats under any circumstances.

   Dragonmark Mastery
   Your mark is exceptionally versatile.
Prerequisites: Dragonmark Basics or Kyber-Mark, dragonmark skill 9+ ranks
Benefit: Choose a Level 3 spells associated with your dragonmark. You may cast this spell twice per scene and you gain a +2 magic bonus to all skill checks with the skill associated with your mark.

   Dragonmark Supremacy
You certainly have a major role to play in the draconic prophecy.
Prerequisites: Dragonmark Mastery, dragonmark skill 15+ ranks
Benefit: Choose a Level 5 spells associated with your dragonmark. You may cast this spell once per scene and you gain a +4 magic bonus to all skill checks with the skill associated with your mark.

   Housemark Expansion
Your mark has grown, and your powers with it.
   Prerequisites: Dragonmark Basics
Benefit: Choose a Level 2 associated with your dragonmark. You may cast this spell twice per scene.

   Housemark Progression
Your mark has blossomed and your might is now undeniable.
   Prerequisites: Dragonmark Mastery, Housemark Expansion
Benefit: Choose a Level 4 dragonmark spell. You may cast this spell twice per scene.

   Housemark Unleashed
   Your mark’s power is unmatched.
   Prerequisites: Dragonmark Supremacy, Housemark Progression
Benefit: Choose any dragonmark spell you do not already know. You may cast this spell once per scene. Once per scene you may cast a dragonmark spell you are capable of casting one additional time.

   Khyber Dragonmark
You bear the mark of the draconic prophecy – but not its kinder face.
   Prerequisites: Level 1 only
Benefit: Choose either Bluff, Intimidate, or Sneak and a Level 1 spell associated with Khyber dragonmarks (see page XX). You may cast this spell twice per scene and gain a +1 magic bonus to all skill checks with your chosen skill. However, the disposition of all characters with Dragonmark Guild Renown is reduced by 10.
Special: You may not gain the Dragonmark Basics or Siberys Dragonmark feats under any circumstances.

   Siberys Dragonmark
Your dragonmark bursts forth suddenly in one night. This intricate mark covers your whole body and grants you powerful abilities.
Prerequisites: 17+ in any one attribute, Legend 6+
Benefit: Choose a dragonmark from the list below. Once per scene, you may cast the associated spell defined as a dragonmagic spell (see Magic chapter). Your dragonmark skill is the same as for a ‘normal’ dragonmark of that type.
• Making: Construct Assembly III
• Finding: Pinpoint
• Detection: Hindsight
• Handling: Nature’s Ally IV
• Scribing: Living Library III
• Warding: Maze
• Healing: Regenerate
• Hospitality: Charm Person IV
• Shadow: Shadow Walk
• Passage: Teleport II
• Sentinel: Resilient Sphere II
• Storm: Fire Storm
Special: This feat counts as 5 Dragonmarked feats rather than 1. You may not gain the Khyber Dragonmark or Dragonmark Basics feats under any circumstances.

   Siberys Dragonslayer
Your dragonmark swirls and churns as you battle dragons and their kin.
   Prerequisites: Siberys Dragonmark
Benefit: Any lethal melee attack you make against dragons or dragon-blooded characters inflicts an additional +2d6 damage.
Special: This feat is also considered a Melee Combat feat.

Seems you could fold the Khyber-mark feat chain into a standard Dragonmark feat, and just have it as one of the available types with the disposition modifier built in to the mark.  Since characters can only have the feat once it removes the need for "you cannot ever gain dragonmark basics".

What does a "Your dragonmark skill is the same as for a ‘normal’ dragonmark of that type." actually do?  None of the feats reference "your Dragonmark Skill", unless that's a futureproofing thing (for ExCs and MCs)?

Also, is it just me or are there echos of constellation Astral Magic (and is this intentional)?

EDIT: Whoops, wrong name...

Khyber dragonmarks enable a different set of secondary follow-on feats, so the seperation should pay off soon Smiley. Khyber marks are also slighty more powerful - allowing mix and match spell selection from a much wider range of choices than a single house-mark, ofset by not being able to take up to 6 feats granting greater depths within a single theme. Its sort of a "the darkside is faster" thing.

There is a seperate section in the Eberron conversion document that tals about spell lists, casting, and dragonmark skills. I didn't include it here, beyond the "see page XX" reference.

As the astral magic system came from mixing Eberron inspiration with Mastercraft mechanics, its not surprising a more direct addaptation of the inspiration would look similar Smiley.

I mostly asked because, if I recall correctly, the Astral Magic system used the key skill for casting, but this version seems to be autocast (like priest paths or The Gift).  Unless that's something spelled out in the Eberron conversion document (which I should probably get my hands on)?

Excellent work! I like the wording very much. One remark though, you're talking about Aberrant-mark instead of Khyber-mark under Siberys Dragonmark...

That's completely spelled out in the Eberron document. There is a whole chapter dedicated to dragonmarks.

Excellent work! I like the wording very much.

The pay off comes soon - I should be able to do a number of the feats from the Dragonmarked book as "benefit times the number of Dragonmarks you have." The Siberys mark counting a 5 feats ties it all together in a single step Smiley.

Good eye. Will fix.

Quick shuffle lets the sequence drop the extra Kyber marks.
