Question about the Thief
« on: September 28, 2007, 05:26:33 PM »
I have a question about the wording of the core ability of the Thief class.

Quote
Out of Sight: The DC of each Notice and Search check targeting you increases by an amount equal to 1/2 your class level (rounded up).

The question is what constitutes targeting in this case?  Would this ability work on the DC of a Notice check against a Feint action?

It certainly is.  My duelist thief is coming together beautifully.

Especially when you throw in the Thief's 1st level ability to auto-succeed on feints and such.

It works absolutely beautifully with Snake Strike and Fencing Basics.
