I hear you, but Crafty have performed pretty well relative to many other releases of late. Sure, there have been a few hiccups but nothing too bad.

When I ordered the game, I was never told that the PDF would be released, then months later, the hardcover edition would finally get to me. The information on the release of the physical copy was always on the same date as the release of the PDF.

Honestly at this point, is it too late to cancel my order and get my money back?

Not to detract from your frustration regarding the delays (which you have every right to feel frustrated about), but all recent information releases that I have seen have been explicit in that orders for PDF and print go live at the same time (15 December) and then the PDF would be made available immediately with the print following thereafter.

I was not aware of that when I placed my preorder back on August 4th. It was not something that was stated in my ordering information or that I recall from the press release when the this was opened for preorders.

And them saying that the books will be aavailable for order is not the same thing as saying that when you do place an order on the 15th or after, it will be months later that you will get it. It says it is available for direct order - not direct order and delayed shipment of another two or three months.
