I got the email and downloaded it.  I preordered it about 30 minutes after the option to preorder it and Spellbound went up.  Don't have time to read it though, I'm on my way out.

The only concern I have is that I don't see any reference to what I purchased, the way that Leviathan has - I ordered the bundle with the deluxe hardcover and PDF, but it only has PDF mentioned in the email.  So I just want to be sure that it hasn't incorrectly allocated me the wrong product or anything - if everyone (except Leviathan?) got the email that doesn't mention their hardcover then it's all good, otherwise I'll shoot you an email Pat.

Don't worry the Gen Con Pre-Order customers are tracked separately of anyone buying now, and all pre-order customers will receive the Deluxe Hardcover Edition, as well as the Digital Edition.

Thanks again for your support!

Third, those shipping costs are 100% naked. - that is to say, they're being automatically calculated by the carrier, and we claim zero money on that front. Shipping sucks. Imagine what we pay getting whole palettes of books across the country.  Cry
Considering there's a $2.41 shipping charge for the digital version when I go to check out, my wallet cries for you.

I'm confused. Is that a processing fee of some kind? Could you please forward related email to me so I can see what's going on?

Say Crafty, question.
Feedback/typos/ambiguous rules/etc that we've found in the PDF. Did you want them emailed through, or is there a plan to create a thread on these forums for putting them all up?

A thread has already cropped up, it appears, and that's fine. Alternately, you can send it to the email we mentioned in the email you received with the download link (epub@crafty-games.com). Your call. Smiley

For those of you who purchased just the Digital Edition form us and are confused by the shipping cost, you should be - that was an error due to checking just one box in the ecommerce software that shouldn't have been checked. The issue is resolved now, so anyone purchasing from now on won't incur those costs.

Everyone who already purchased the Digital Edition and was charged shipping will receive a partial refund shortly.

Again, this is only for those who purchased the Digital Edition on its own. Shipping is calculating correctly for those who buy print books, with or without the Digital Edition.

Thanks,

Ok, cool.  So I don't need to worry that I got an email saying I ordered at Gen-Con (I wasn't even in America, let alone at Gen-Con)?  Sorry to be a neck pain, just want to be sure.
