Um, Glim?  I think you gave Laz's +2 initiative to the Wasp on accident.  Also, Wistar has a Plasma rifle, not an M4.

... right after he is done disabling this mine, which will probably take longer than the entire combat.

Don't worry, I'm get the feeling you will get a chance to shoot something soon.  Wink

Anyways, more links, more for flavor than anything.  On Youtube one can find a number of target shoot vids, including a few advanced weapons courses.  My personal favorites are ones done about Magpul Dynamics (aka the original designers of the Remington ACR), particularly their Art of the Tactical Carbine.  At the very least it should give an idea of the techniques Pepper uses to achieve those feats he has.
