Not unless we can get the aerostat to get up next to Patches without it shooting him.

EDIT: By the by, I'm celebrating a relative's birthday on the 13th (today by the time this post hits), so I probably won't be able to post.  Please don't kill off Pepper while I'm gone, 'kay?

Yes you can use the multit-tool as kit for the Disable check.

Ok, if that's the way you want to go, I have no problem with it.  I should warn you that Pepper might be a bit miffed at Wistar, but that's part of his character, so don't take it personally.

I would suggest that Mike post IC of Patches insisting that he can disarm it by himself, though, with maybe Wistar voicing his agreement.
