Hm thought I'd have to tumble to get away from the 2 at 5' (I assumed that's adjacent). Okay, either way with the stance change and move together I assume I'm out of actions for now.

As the picture I just uploaded hopefully should explain, I meant 5 ft. behind you, but 15-20 ft. to the side of you.

Ah okay, I'll go look at it, and review my action, editing as necessary... Hmm I can't see that picture... it just kicks me to the rapidshare site. Cannot seem to download it or get the site to work at all... and now I'm thoroughly confused. lol

I'm going to go back and grab a piece of graph paper and figure it out...

Edit: Okay, I think I got it now. Re-evaluating actions...

Edit: Done... left some wiggle room in case I'm wrong again.  Embarrassed

Not quite. You can reach either 3 or 4 with one Standard Move, you just gotta pick one. I've added numbers to the horrible drawing I did earlier, so it'll be easier to describe what you're doing. That's one half action, you've got one left. Basically unless you've some way of doing Trip attempts as free actions you gotta choose between assuming the stance and attempting the trip. In this case I'd recommend the trip action, as Wicked Stance won't do you any good but if you succeed on the trip then at the very least he'll have to waste a half action getting up.

I suggest that when in combat you all describe your round in the following way:

Half Action: Doing stuff (i.e. Standard Move towards goblin 4=
Half Action: Doing stuff (i.e. Standard Attack against goblin 4, applying Cheap Shot trick: roll blah, damage blah, bleed and massive
Free Action: Doing stuff (i.e. if last attack dropped goblin 4, Cleave against Goblin 5, etc)

Nice, easy to read and leaves little room for misunderstandings.

That's a good idea, thanks. But I still can't see the picture.  Undecided Is there some way you could post it on PBworks instead of rapidshare? That site is not cooperating with me at all.

And thanks for the formatting advice.  IC post modified accordingly.

Don't forget that the Warm upgrade costs you 5 silver, so you're currently at -2...

Beast +200%, Size+ +300%, Warm +50%. 10 x (1+(550%)) = 65. Also, it's your turn.

I assume knives always considered ready means I can simply post drawing them and I'm good to attack. Two simple straight forward half actions, hope no mistakes this time...  Smiley

Catodon: Yes, you can. Do note that one of them has reached the tree-line, so the odds of what we discussed happening is pretty good...

Fiendbasher: Indeed, you simply note which knife you're using for when needed.
