playing through saints row 3, I can totally see pulling up the hi jinks found in that game as missions for 10kb

I'd say lack of action is owing to a lack of any meaningful update since like 2008 or so?  When did those 5 level long previews come out?

Work is progressing alongside Spycraft Third Edition (again, they're being designed together).

You won't see anything from us on it for a while yet, however, as we only promote one release at a time - the next one - and we're not yet ready to start promoting the thing directly in front of us.

I keep thinking of the FX series like The Shield, Sons of Anarchy, and Terriers.

EDIT: And Justified, can not forget about Justified.

Hmm... I don't think my players could take me seriously if I had them compete in Dr. Genki's Super Ethical Reality Climax....

Mine don't take me seriously anyway, so they would laugh, especially if I kept up proper game show commentary on the murderings

Man do I feel for Alex...

2008 is recent. I've written the game 3 times already (yes, really) and have had 5 publishers. I thought it was going to be out in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005...and then I decided to start Crafty to make it happen.

I'm not really sure what I'll think once it actually happens. But it will happen, dammit.

I still consider The Big Hit to be one of the iconic 10kB films.

As a massive lurker on the AEG forum from when the SEH was released, I've been following it since I first heard about it in like '02/'03.  So I'm absolutely serious when I say I feel for you man.  From your other work though, I have no doubt it'll be top notch when it does hit the streets.

You will feel relief, and then numbness, and then you will stop writing as the one purpose shall be fulfilled!

Or something like that. I hope not, as I like the games. Smiley

Hell yes.
The Big Hit is under appreciated.  Cool
It's also not fantastic, but highly watchable.
