Yeah, sorry for the confusion.  I see the end of a scene a cut mark in the story.  The next scene does not, necessarily, jump forward in time.

Think back to Saturday morning cartoons where after the commercial, they replayed the last five seconds just to make sure you were still with the story.  That's probably closer to how I run scenes unless there is an obvious break such as everyone is going to sleep.

On my way out the door with the family for a Halloween event.  When I get back I'll to run a skill challenge to see if James can convince the gnoll elder/chief/priest/whatever to let him (and by extension) the party join the cause.

Everyone else in the forest is welcome to join in if they wish.

---~~---

In my mind, it's Brindlglib's turn to try and convince the shadowy stranger (Halsten) that he should open up.  Until I hear back from Wolverine, I am running the character as an NPC so, an Impress check might be in order.

---~~---

All, I'll check back in this evening.

Sounds like a plan to me.

---~~---

In case it wasn't obvious, on to the next scene.  A dramatic one!

Also, action dice refresh.

Given the time of year, I am assuming folks are busy with work / personal items.

However, if you are waiting on me to do something, please let me know.

So, by way of checking:

Catodon (Brindlglib) - present and ready to go
Antilles (James) - present and ready to go

jameswllorimer (Ryar'Bett) - unkown but probably around

Reverandboo (Tavish) - Not currently available as he is dealing with RL issues *
Wolverine (Halsten) - MIA for some time now *

* I will continue to run Tavish as an NPC and Halsten is already on the NPC list for the time being.  Currently protecting the retreating villagers.
