Over at Paizo, they bought out an old distributor and are selling off their stock in steps. Right now, they have some old James Bond and Top Secret/SI supplement, among many other things.

I snagged a copy of the Agent 13 source book.

I built my first G.I. Joe campaign with those rules.

From the F.R.E.E. America description:
"An overwhelmed federal government tries to keep it together while the states form their own regional authorities; foreign investors own entire cities; new technologies make the rich richer, while the poor are thrown out of work..." Well, they were only off by about 20 years.

Heh, every time I went to Seattle I went to that store, American Eagles. It was like a time capsule for the height of 90's gaming. I puchased the vast majority of my Top Secret SI (still new in shrink) there, as well as countless stacks of figures long since out of production. While I'm sad to see it go, I'm also not surprised - they'd been turning over old stock for 5 years but never getting anything new. Bad recession! Sad
