EDIT: regarding the ghost
I’ve had a bit of a think about costing incorporeal. I’ve given up on a species feat version.
Math can only ever give you a guestimate but here goes anyway…
Incorporeal has two advantages: overcoming obstacles and avoiding physical attacks. Incorporeal allows you to bypass many obstacles much like flight 50 [2.5, but more so say 3.5] and grants immunity to physical damage (only, my reading is that fire and other damage types affect incorporeal characters normally). This is harder to cost. Resistance 5 to one kind of (physical) damage is . While immunity negates all damage very high doses of damage become increasingly rarer (damage has a ‘bell curve’ distribution, eyeballing it the mid-point would be around 10 damage) so ‘resistance 15’ covers most cases . 7 weapon types including unarmed makes 7x3=[21pt]. Total cost for Incorporeal = 21+3.5=24.5, say .
