Whew, glad this one came back - I was somewhat mortified to find I'd not saved this thread once the old site had gone.

PS. Are you saving this thread for your own NPC's/1.0 conversions or can we all contribute with Minions of our own design?

The NPC toolkit is one of the greatest gifts Spycraft has given GC's everywhere. Dream it up and away you go, no fiddling with class levels etc. Oh, and mouthymerc, this thread has been invaluable. Just wanted to say thanks.

Going through some of my notes and I came across some more NPC stats that aren't here.  So, for your viewing pleasure (and possibly your gaming pleasure), here they are.  These are a conversion of characters from an article in Polyhedron by Rodney Thompson.  I originally converted them to 1.0 stats and then 2.0 when it came out.  These are all special NPCs and could be used as masterminds, henchmen or as a foil of some sort.

The Kage
