So we have a Path of Heroes in the FC core book, but what about an opposite to balance it out?
(i.e. Light/Dark, Order/Chaos, Protection/Destruction, etc...)

Maybe, but what would you put in a Path of Villainy that isn't already in the Path of Evil?

I think with the default understanding that the player characters are at least of a Heroic inclination, Villainy is ... tricky.

And these are paths of faiths.  A diety that one might describe as a villain is a Hero to his followers.  (and conversly, a heroic diety might be considered a villain by his non-believers)

Wouldnt the opposite of the path of Heroism be the path of Cowardice?  Maybe have abilities focused around getting away from combat and avoiding conflict and hiding? I'm being facetious, of course, but it could be interesting for flavor.

I was thinking along the lines of things benefiting a Burglar.  Bonus to Sneak,Blend, Sneak attack, disenagaing.

Path of Subterfuge?  (not as much of a downer as Coward)

Path of Discretion.  It *is* the better part, after all.

Good points one and all.

The Path of Evil allready has the counterpoint of Good, so I was trying to stay away from that.

I think it would be possible to be both evil and a hero, just not for the side of Good. Thus, the question. An anti-hero as such.

Huh, the things a search will throw up.

Path of Discretion
Discretion I: The number of Covert feats you are considered to possess for any character option that relies on that value increases by your Step. Additionally,
Discretion II: You may cast Calm Emotions and Pass Without Trace once per scene.
Discretion III: You gain 30 Reputation, and an additional Prize slot, that must be spent to purchase or improve contacts.
Discretion IV: You may cast Mass Blindness/Deafness and Scrye III once per scene.
Discretion V: You gain the Notebook class ability
