Path of Basel
This path is for those dedicated to the detached Rationalism espoused by the Æsculapian proxy.
Montressor I: When you roll an action die to boost an Allegiance skill check and the number shown is less than your Intelligence modifier, it becomes equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum +1). This may not cause the action die to explode.
Montressor II: You may cast Calm Emotions and Command I each once per scene.
Montressor III: Once per session when making an Intelligence-based check, you may roll twice and keep the result you prefer.
Montressor IV: You gain the Iron Will feat.
Montressor V: You gain the Surge of Speed feat.

Path of Port au Prince
This path is for those who follow the Spiritualist teachings of the Haitian rexes.
Port au Prince I: When you roll an action die to boost an Allegiance skill check and the number shown is less than your Wisdom modifier, it becomes equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum +1). This may not cause the action die to explode.
Port au Prince II: You may cast Calm Emotions and Command I each once per scene.
Port au Prince III: Once per scene when you or a team-mate who can see or hear you makes a skill check, they may apply the highest available skill bonus among you.
Port au Prince IV: You gain the Mark feat.
Port au Prince V: You may choose to become slowed for a number of rounds up to the Menace of the adventure to increase the threat range of your next skill check by an equal amount. You may do this a number of times per session equal to your starting action dice .

I like them conceptually (and got a bit of a chuckle out of step II being the same for both), but the benefits may be a tad underpowered compared to those offered by other paths (steps I and V in particular for both progressions).

I is a direct steel from Path of Order, but yeah the current 5 could happily drop to 4 but there's nothing I could really think of big enough for 5

I'm pretty sure as a step V benefit, you should gain either two feats, or one feat that normally has steep prerequisites.
