So here's what i'm adding/adjusting:

- Drell feats adjusted
- Races split to one page each
- Summary tables for origins and feats, split by species and power type
- Asari origin toned down a bit
- Elcor enlightened skill changed to Bluff
- Biotics/tech changed from NPC qualities to powers
- Example of biotics and tech purchase by three different characters
- NPC quality created to allow biotics/tech powers
- Chapter breaks added, with chapter intros
- A thorough example of fleet combat, from start to finish
- Key feats in fleet combat altered

Anything I missed?

These look good, I'm curious to see how the examples play out. I'm kinda into this scifi spycraft deal. TY!

Also, Mass Fleet Combat will help me get a feel for mass combat in FC too.

FFS, I knew I'd been neglecting license to improvise (due to feeling creatively like a squeezed out orange, myself), but HOW THE **** COULD I MISS THIS?!

Sorry Glimmerrat, I'm now all over this pdf. Smiley

Edit: No I'm not. It's gone.  Cry

Edit2: Now on it. If I'm not commenting on this tomorrow, I'm either dead or deserve to be.

Holy crap....

It's not working for me.

RapidShare is saying "It's not there".

Fuck's sake. I can't re-upload it either, since Girlfriday went into labour about an hour ago, and it's on my work laptop... If anyone else has it, feel free to upload it.

HOWEVER! That may be a waste of time as it has since received a substantial facelift, taking into account every gripe and grumble in this thread. I just don't have anyone to convert it into a PDF right now.

And FYI before anyone asks she's sat on the sofa, grumbling something about wanting the contractions to hurry up.

Well, I wish you good luck with that other project, as well Smiley

I got the file from MilJim yesterday, I'll post it somewhere when I'm back from work.

Just another apology for my past failures re: mass craft, all I can say that the creative inability of this past year's had even worse re(a)percussions for me than not getting those geth hopper etc. writeups done Smiley

Megaupload wasn't playing nice, so it's back at: https://rapidshare.com/files/4124599911/Mass_Craft_Core_v1.0.pdf

On my first read-through right now. First impressions, it's absolutely fucking brilliant.

This song is required listening while reading through the pdf. Cheesy

Thank you, but for me there were some glaring errors. They've since been corrected, but the new document needs to be formatted still.

Oh yeah, you can thank aegis and his PDF-fu for the utterly amazing layout.  Smiley

So far the only thing I'd think of (well, that hasn't been mentioned before) is that I'd up the Locust's damage and Caliber. Smiley

Something about Blackstorm being explosive also makes me think a bit. I can't think of a better alternative, but a big part of that weapon's charm is the temporary singularity (and therefore crowd control) effect it creates. I dunno... some kind of combined singularity w. vacuum damage? Really hard to find a good vid of the effect, but this seems to be the closest: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKJPVQdidIA

Yeah, really nitpicky, but I love both of those guns to an unhealthy degree. Wink

But frankly, this is an absolutely overwhelming and brilliant thing you have put together, it's an honor (and one I don't feel I particularly deserve) to be even mentioned in it. It's going to take me more than one day to fully wrap my head around, I can just quote Scott for the "AMAZING" part...  Shocked

I'm absolutely awed, the only thing that I don't think I'm seeing here are the Reaper Avatars (me1 endboss, ME2 Harbinger,
(click to show/hide)
in Retribution). I really can't imagine the amount of work that has gone into this...

Also agree that the gorgeous layout really adds to the charm.

(Taking a stab at my version of the Reaper Avatar template, if for no other reason than to recover from the shame of not having been around here) Tongue

It is rather inspiring for me to get my rear in gear to finally put together my WOW bits into some of format. I could also use Mass Craft as a foundation to finish out my Star Trek conversion.

That's a possibility. I shall consider adding that.

Vacuum damage... hmmm. Now that's actually a damn fine idea.

I await this with singular anticipation... perhaps formatted as one of the racial templates from FC's rogue's gallery?

Considering the way Shepard picks up his/hers and the weapon's rather cool history, I might even put it into the prize category with the Widow and Revenant etc.

Yeah, that was the idea. I'm so rusty with the rules, it's going to take me more than five minutes, but I'm going to take the time for it tomorrow.
