Drumroll please!

The Mass Craft core rulebook is finally finished. Many thanks to Aegis for his amazing layout skills, and Morgenstern for his creation of the fleet combat system.

Please note that this document is a stopgap. When Spycraft 3rd edition is released, it will be fully updated.

Hope you all find it useful.

Yes. Had to open the download page and then download, instead of simply right-click and download.

Yeah, RapidShare links can be deceiving. People see the file extension and assume they can just right click.

Working quite nicely.  I appreciate the simple layout.

Yeah, sorry about that. I couldn't think of a better option.

I appreciate the simple layout.

Props to aegis for that. He's a damned wizard with pdfs.

That is a MASSive assemblage of goodies! Gonna take a while to digest.

I find myself wanting a simple table at the begining of the feats section listing the feats by tree and maybe with requirements and a (very) short summary - its seems like that would make it a lot easier to visualize how the new powers work and are acquired as play advances. Flipping through the pages I got a bit lost.

I suspect a special character's force in space battles may need to be generated slightly differently - melee feats makes sense IF the setting involves boarding actions (which I'm not sure about). The idea of some kind of special character super-marine zipping from enemy ship to enemy ship and tearing the place apart from the inside sounds cool though Cool.

Great work!

That is a fair point. I’ll talk to aegis about adding a 1-page summary for feats, and a side-bar with an example of power acquisition.

Ah shit. That’s not meant to be there… I was going to go with Basic Combat feats.

I hope that works out Smiley.

I'd throw Gear (because ships and fleets are equipment), Terrain (because that's where a lot of tactical thinking hangs out), and Chance (because I'm a sadist and Captain Tylor told me so) feat trees out there as options to consider if you don't want it to be tied to a single tree.

The Origins summaries are done. Now I just need to finish the feat summaries and the biotics sidebar.

Aegis - you up for copy/pasting a few tables?
