     You belong to the Psi Order built around the Telepathy aptitude, which has been turned into a vital part of the Chinese state bureaucracy.
     Requirements: Allegiance (The Ministry)
·   [1.5] Attributes: +1 to lowest attribute, then +1 to lowest attribute.
·   [0.0] Base Speed: 9 m.
·   [1.0] Enlightened Sense Motive: Your maximum Sense Motive rank increases to your Career Level + 5. Only the highest bonus from any single enlightened ability may apply to each skill.
·   [0.5] Favoured Specialties: If your specialty is [Telepath, G-Man, Vanguard, Executive, Investigator, Special Forces, ..., ...], you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
·   [2.0] Pull Together: You automatically succeed on all cooperative checks where you are the helper if you have at least 4 ranks in the skill being used and the leader shares one of your interests or is one of your team mates. If you are the leader on a cooperative check, the maximum number of helpers increases by your Charisma modifier (minimum 1).

Could it be shortened to just Ministry, so that it rolls off the tongue better as part of an origin?

People are going to shorten it anway, but using the full name means you can create talents for other ministries of the chinese government if you're running a China-centric game. As it is, I'm just doing a general Neo-Confucian talent to sort of place-hold for that.

What do you think of Pull Together?

Bohemian
You are a creative soul that finds your best expression through art and performance.
  • Attributes: +2 to Charisma or Wisdom, –2 any one Physical attribute
  • Base Speed: 9 m.
  • Beguiling: When you succeed with a Taunt action against a standard character, you may cause the opponent to become fixated on you for a number of rounds equal to your Charisma score instead of the standard result. If you gain this benefit from 2 or more sources you may also inflict damage on that opponent a single time without interrupting his fixation.

Jumping over to America now, the Fascist heartland of the 22nd Century. Reading the splat book reminds me of that awesome Captain America scene where he reminds us of just how fragile democracy is. Meet one of the things that killed it.

Central Security Agency
     You are an archetypal member of the Federated States of America's intelligence organ, where knowing is half the battle and you know more than most.
     Requirements: Allegiance (Federated States of America)
  • Attributes: +2 Intelligence, –2 Constitution
  • Base Speed: 9 m.
  • Enlightened Investigate: Your maximum Investigate rank increases to your Career Level + 5. Only the highest bonus from any single enlightened ability may apply to each skill.
  • Favoured Classes: If you have more levels in either Assassin or Emissary than any other base class, you gain the next level's class abilities for that class. Next stop: Australia. Of the orders, The Legions are the only one that lend themselves to "splinter" feats. You don't need the talent to grab the feat, or vice versa.

    The Legions
          You are an archetypal member of the Psi Order built around the Psychokinesis aptitude, giving your all on the front line against the enemies of humanity.
    Requirements: Allegiance (The Legions)
    • Attributes: +2 to the lower of Dexterity or Constitution, –2 Charisma
    • Base Speed: 9 m.
    • Agile Defence: Your base Defence increases by 1.
    • Basic Training: You gain the Military study.
    • Celebrated: Your Legend increases by 2.
    • Enlightened Athletics: Your maximum Sense Motive rank increases to your Career Level + 5. Only the highest bonus from any single enlightened ability may apply to each skill.
    • Heroism: You gain a +1 bonus with all attack and skill checks you make during dramatic scenes.
    • Pull Together: You automatically succeed on cooperative checks where you are the helper if you have at least 4 ranks in the skill being used and the leader is a team mate or shares your alignment.
       
    1st Legion
    The blue-uniformed Home Guard are the iconic face of the order.
         Prerequisites: Allegiance (The Legions), Study (Military), Level 1 only

Additionally, if your specialty is G-Man, Gladiator, Mariner, Marksman, Military Police, Officer, Psychokinetic, or Trooper, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.

    2nd Legion
    The mercenary calling of Fortune's Knights means they know how to party hard.
         Prerequisites: Allegiance (The Legions), Study (Military), Level 1 only
         Benefit: You gain a weapon proficiency of your choice, and you benefit from the first 2 food and 2 drink you consume each day. Additionally, if your specialty is Adventurer, Gladiator, Marksman, Medic, Mercenary, Officer, Psychokinetic, or Trooper, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
         Special: You may only possess 1 "Legionnaire" feat.

    3rd Legion
    Support Force One is the legion that has everyone else's back.
         Prerequisites: Allegiance (The Legions), Study (Military), Level 1 only
         Benefit: Twice per scene, you may speak to 1 of your team-mates for 1 minute to grant them either the benefit of one of your interests, or a +1 morale bonus with all saving throws, until the end of the current scene. Additionally, if your specialty is Combat Pilot, Engineer, Mariner, Officer, Physician, Transport & Logistics, Trekker, or non-Psychokinetic psion, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
         Special: You may only possess 1 "Legionnaire" feat.

    4th Legion
    The so called "Vengeance" legion are the angry bad-asses that ordinary bad-asses talk about.
         Prerequisites: Allegiance (The Legions), Study (Military), Level 1 only
         Benefit: You gain a weapon proficiency of your choice, and your attacks against opponents within your Reach gain the keen quality equal to your starting action dice. Additionally, if your specialty is Barbarian, Gladiator, Marksman, Officer, Psychokinetic, Special Forces, Trooper, or Troublemaker, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance. However, once per combat at the GC's discretion, you become enraged.
         Special: You may only possess 1 "Legionnaire" feat.

    5th Legion
    The legion dedicated to patrolling the Americas must walk a fine line between friends, enemies and duty.
         Prerequisites: Allegiance (The Legions), Study (Military), Level 1 only
         Benefit: You gain a weapon proficiency of your choice, and the DC of Investigate and Search checks targeting you increase by 3. Additionally, if your specialty is Gladiator, Marksman, Medic, Officer, Peacekeeper, Psychokinetic, Special Forces, or Trooper, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
         Special: You may only possess 1 "Legionnaire" feat.

    6th Legion
    Working to protect and rebuild Europe, this legion seeks a path between military and civilian approaches.
         Prerequisites: Allegiance (The Legions), Study (Military), Level 1 only
         Benefit: You gain a weapon proficiency and 2 additional language Interests of your choice. Additionally, if your specialty is Gladiator, Marksman, Medic, Officer, Peacekeeper, Psychokinetic, Special Forces, or Trooper, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
         Special: You may only possess 1 "Legionnaire" feat.

    7th Legion
    Phoenix Squadron are the guardians of human space, above and beyond the cradle of mother Earth.
         Prerequisites: Allegiance (The Legions), Study (Military), Level 1 only
         Benefit: You gain the unarmed proficiency, take 1 less die of damage from falling, and the DC to avoid suffocation becomes 5 + the number of saves. Additionally, if your specialty is Combat Pilot, Marksman, Medic, Officer, Psychokinetic, Technician, Trekker, or Trooper, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
         Special: You may only possess 1 "Legionnaire" feat.

                                                                      Marksman

                                                                      It's up to you to stop things from breaking down... and then try and hold them together when they do.

                                                                      Whether an FSA Marine, a Ranger or any of the others, you are one of the toughest hombres in the armed forces, with a real 'go anywhere, do anything' attitude.

                                                                                                  Legionnaire [Allegiance]
                                                                                                  The premier human military force offers a number of avenues to its members.
                                                                                                       Prerequisites: Allegiance (The Legions), Study (Military)
                                                                                                       Benefit: You gain a proficiency of your choice. Additionally, choose which of the Legions you serve in, gaining the benefits listed below.
                                                                                                       First Legion: Once per session you may improve the disposition of any single non-adversary NPC by 5. Additionally, if your specialty is G-Man, Gladiator, Mariner, Marksman, Military Police, Officer, Psychokinetic, or  Trooper, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
                                                                                                       Second Legion: Your encumbrance loads are increased by 50% and when you run, your move multiplier is increased by 1 (typically to ×5). Additionally, if your specialty is Adventurer, Gladiator, Marksman, Medic, Mercenary, Officer, Psychokinetic, or Trooper, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
                                                                                                       Third Legion: Once per scene, you may speak to 1 of your team-mates for 1 minute to grant them either the benefit of one of your interests, or +1 morale bonus with all saving throws, until the end of the current scene. Additionally, if your specialty is Combat Pilot, Engineer, Mariner, Officer, Physician, Transport & Logistics, Trekker, or non-Psychokinetic psion, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
                                                                                                       Fourth Legion: Your attacks against opponents within your Reach gain the keen quality equal to your starting action dice. Additionally, if your specialty is Barbarian, Gladiator, Marksman, Officer, Psychokinetic, Special Forces, Trooper, or Troublemaker, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance. However, once per combat at the GC's discretion, you become enraged.
                                                                                                       Fifth Legion: The DC of Investigate and Search checks targeting you increase by 3. Additionally, if your specialty is Gladiator, Marksman, Medic, Officer, Peacekeeper, Psychokinetic, Special Forces, or Trooper, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
                                                                                                       Sixth Legion: You gain 2 additional language Interests of your choice. Additionally, if your specialty is Gladiator, Marksman, Medic, Officer, Peacekeeper, Psychokinetic, Special Forces, or Trooper, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
                                                                                                       Seventh Legion: You take 1 less die of damage from falling, and the DC to avoid suffocation becomes 5 + the number of saves. Additionally, if your specialty is Combat Pilot, Marksman, Medic, Officer, Psychokinetic, Technician, Trekker, or Trooper, you gain an additional Origin skill based on your Allegiance.
                                                                                                       Special: When you level, you may spend Reputation equal to 10 + 10 per previous Legion to purchase this feat again. You may do this a number of times equal to your Legions renown.

                                                                                                  Psi Sink [Noetic]
                                                                                                  You're a sub-quantum black hole.
                                                                                                       Prerequisites: Psion level 0
                                                                                                       Benefit: The DC of any Psi check targeting you, even those beneficial to you, increases by 4. Once per character per scene, psion characters within Close range of you lose a number of psi points equal to the number of Noetic feats they possess (minimum 1). These psi points may not be recovered while the psion character remains within Close range of you, and if the total number of psi points drained exceeds your Charisma modifier, you become sickened until all psion characters are out of range.
                                                                                                       Special: You may never gain psionic powers once you purchase this feat, and can never use bioware.
