Hey sorry if this has been in another thread, but I've been looking round the boards and can't find the answer.

I've seen that several user created races/species use NPC qualities such as superior runner and aquatic etc. What are the costing for these, are they just the XP cost found in the Foes section?

Sorry if I'm missing the obvious.

EDIT: Also can you have  Swimmer/Walker as method of locomotion? Would it be legged?
