Intruder ability level 2: Evasion: You can escape many sources of immediate harm. At level 2 whenever you are not flat footed and may make a reflex save to reduce the damage suffered from an attack or event (such as an explosion or grenade)  you suffer instead no damage from a succesful attack.

Campaign Quality Blockbuster: "However each time any player character makes a succesful save to reduce damage or another efefct to 1/2 standard, he instead resists it entirely.

So in a blockbuster game, everyone gains the intruder ability making their 2nd level ability sort of useless? Are there recomendations for compenstaions in this case. (Like they automatically make their save or something)

I'd be tempted to have the ability reduce the DC by half then a quarter and so on.

Quite a few Campaign Qualities make class features drop in usefulness. I'm a bit disappointed they didn't give workarounds for them. Personally I tend to allow work-arounds on a 'when they come up' basis.
In this case I'd say that effectively everyone counts as having Evasion I (admitedly modified a little), so Intruders get upped to Evasion II.

Evasion is a tiered ability. The Blockbuster campaign quality essentially gives everyone the use of Evasion I, those who gain or already have this ability should improve to the next tier; Evasion II: 1/2 damage even on a failed save.

That sounds like a very sensible workaround.

If it ever became relevant in a game I was in I'd come possibly come up with an Evasion VI, alternatively I've been wandering how unbalancing it is to give an additional 'selectable' ability.

A game at that high level makes me wonder whether or not Evasion VI becomes an autoteleporter putting the character automatically out of danger everytime, essentially making him blink away from danger.
