I finally got around to watching the first episode of Mr Sunshine.

Very enjoyable, which was helped by an excellent cast. Wasn't expecting it to be a half-hour show, however, though it does make sense in hindsight.

More bad news for the Cape - one of its showrunners has bailed.

Meanwhile, there's a wee bit of good news for V - it was the only show to demonstrate a week-to-week gain (6%) in the 18-49 demo last night. It was also the highest rated ABC show of the night.

Just finished watching Watson trounce Brad Rutter and Ken Jennings on Jeopardy and I'm pretty impressed with what they've managed to do with Watson. I liked that they showed it's top 3 answers to the questions. Ken Jennings answer to the last final jeopardy question was quite entertaining. The answer was Bram Stoker and underneath he wrote in parenthesis "I for one welcome our computer overlords."

Anyone else watch it and was as impressed with Watson's ability to understand natural language? Granted when it got something wrong sometimes it was way wrong, Toronto being a US city for one.  Grin

But it is. Two of them in fact.

Toronto, Kansas and Toronto, Ohio.

Given the show they're planning to make, that seems like a strong choice. She certainly brings the smolder...

i didn't know about them and I'm an ohioian and I'm in the NE where the one is close to  Grin but the context of the question would've ruled them out as I'm pretty sure neither are a major city with two airports.

I've loved this lady since the 1st season of Friday Night Lights. She's tall too -- 5'10" -- with great legs!

I wonder if they will dress her in the old wonderwoman suite or the darker version.

Also if she will be using the invisible jet or if she will have the ability to fly?

I'm not that all familiar with Wonder Woman.  The only iteration I know of is the one portrayed by Linda Carter.  I don't remember her having super strength.  I only remember her having heightened agility and acrobatics and her using her bracelet and lasso a lot.

So, what do folks think of Transformers Prime?

With the surprise death of Cliff Jumper in the very 1st ep and a 5-ep opening arc dedicated to zombiebots, it's a lot darker than I'd expected, definitely vearing towards Beast Wars
